VpnX is a processor of customer content and processes such data at the direction of its controller customers.

Disclosures

Registration/login:User email address.Used for registering/logging users into their VpnX account. Used for user authentication and management.User registration information is stored in the VpnX database.

Acceleration:Rough location, precise information.Geolocation data are used to determine whether to provide corresponding acceleration services to users (some countries and regions do not allow the use of VPN-like applications).

File transfer:A list of installed apps on the user’s device. All transferred files (documents, images, videos, etc.).Used for file transfer feature, allowing users to directly send file to each other and open it through available apps on their devices. VpnX only checks for installed apps to ensure that the user can open specific filetypes. VpnX does not monitor or read file contents, and the contents are only stored locally on the user’s device.Data received by a user is only stored on the user’s local device; we only serve as a conduit and do not read or store any transferred files under any circumstances.

Performance tracking for debugging and improvements:Crash logs.Information on software crashes during the use of VpnX will be collected for fault analysis and product improvement.

Performance and fault analysis:Device ID or other IDs.Used to collect device information from users for performance and fault analysis.

Our Sites use cookies, pixel tags, log files, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies from third parties (collectively, “cookies”). These mechanisms indirectly or passively collect certain information about your use and interaction with our Sites and when you use our services.
